Smooth Ops is a private, internal application licensed for use by authorized owners, managers, and staff of 206 BCE and its affiliated food-service businesses. By using the application, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

Smooth Ops is provided for the internal business operations of the operating businesses only. You may use it solely in connection with your authorized role.

You may not access data you are not authorized to view, share your login with others, or use the application for any unlawful purpose.

Connected services

The application may connect, with your authorization, to third-party services the business uses - such as Square and QuickBooks Online - to retrieve operational and accounting data. QuickBooks Online data is accessed on a read-only basis to produce internal cost and profitability reports.

Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms. You may disconnect a connected service at any time.

No warranty

The application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Figures and reports are provided to assist operations and are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Smooth Ops are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after an update means you accept the revised terms.
